Hi,

I have recently been reffered to a breast clinic after I found a small lump in my right breast. My gp did ask me to come in and see her for an examation and assured me she thought it was nothing but wnted to be sure. 

Does any one have nay addvice for what happens at a clinic? Im 19 and have never really had to experience these situations on my own  - assuming my mum wont be allowewd in with me due to the cuurent situation.

Ive also noticed small red spots on my chest which form a rash if if scratch them - hoping its nothing but my anxiety is making me feel crazy roght now. 

Any advice would be appricated, thank you x
