Hi everyone 

I'm new to this forum but looking for some advice / help if anyone has had any similar symptoms to me. 
 

I think I have always had small lumps / glands in my groin area, below my pubic bone near the very top of my thigh. I recently noticed a larger lump, the size of a small grape on the right size which is very movable, quite firm but not hard and I think has stayed the same size since I noticed it a few weeks ago.
 

It may have been there longer or even always been there, but that's when I first noticed it. I have a similar feeling lump on the left side in the same place but it's smaller, maybe the size of a kidney bean. Though they feel as though they're attached to my pubic bone I can feel them through my labia majora. 
 

I had a similar lump in my neck a few years ago which was scanned and came back as a normal lymph node, but was and still is around grape sized. I remember researching around this time and had convinced myself I had lymphoma, and those same feelings seem to be cropping up again! I only ever had an ultrasound, no biopsy etc so I'm worried maybe something was missed and the two are linked? 
 

I have pretty bad health anxiety so am feeling very worried. I'm going to the doctors in a couple of days but I'm not sure what to expect at the appointment, has anyone been to their GP for something similar? Will they take swabs etc as I'd rather see a female doctor for this. 
 

the only things I can seem to find online are that it's either a swollen lymph node or lymphoma. I don't have any signs of any infection or any other symptoms. No weight loss or night sweats etc. Has anyone had similar symptoms, what were you diagnosed with? BTW I'm 22 and otherwise healthy. 

Any advice would be welcome.
