Hi, I'm after a little bit of advice or anyone else who is suffering 

so for a while now I've been having horrendous, stomach pains, tiredness, my bones ache, I have zero energy, bad headaches, pain under my left rib, and lots of other symptoms, I went to my doctor who referred me for a sigmoidoscopy, who said he hasn't really seen anything worrying but took some biopsy's and said I should hear back from them soon, however that doesn't solve my pain, everything I seem to look up links to some kind of cancer, if they didn't seem worried on the scans should I just trust that it's nothing? 
I am so tempted to keep pestering the doctor and I feel so poorly 24/7?
