I am 25.

I had an abnormal cervical screening a few months ago with HPV and low grade dyskaryosis. I had to wait a little while for my colopscopy because of the wards being shut down so I had it last Thursday and while they were doing the exam, they said they needed to do a biopsy. I was wondering why I would need a biopsy when it was originally low grade. Does that mean it's changed from low grade? I didn't see my cervix on the screen so I don't know what it looks like. Do they take a picture of it? Will I be able to see it at a later date?
