Hope you're all keeping safe.

I went to the doctors around 5 weeks ago due to having a lump/swelIing on my neck.
After my examination she told my it was just a swelling and I would be put on a non-urgent waiting list for an ultrasound. (She also gave me 6 weeks of Vit D tables and B-12 injections)
A couple of weeks, I felt like it was getting bigger and I felt like somthing was stuck in my throat, So i rang up the doctor and got booked in for a urget appointment.

Fast forward to yesterday, I went for the ultrasound and they found a thyroid Nodule 5 cm big.and they did a FNA to see if it's cancerous.

I've been reading up on this and vaious different sites say that the size can increase the chances of cancer.

I anxiety have and I'm just after some feedback/support of anyone else going though this.

EDIT: The size of the lump is 5CM
