Evening everyone,

I am 23 years old and have had a lump under my chin for about 4 years now, I used to have a abscess in my tooth and it seems like it started then. Recently I feel that the lump is a little bit painful to touch and it does not move around and is hard. Do you think I should go get this checked out or would it be a waste of time ?
