Hi. Has anyone had any answers.

i have had pain in my lower left abdomen, sometimes also the lower right (and I don't have an ovary this side).

Seen Gynae and Urologist already

Had CT :  Clear

Bloods : Clear

Transvaginal and outer ultrasound normal : Clear

Cystoscopy : Clear

Have had blood in urine (microscopic) for over a year (said loads of people have unexplained blood in urine. 
Had uterus oblation for painful period

Nothing has helped. I have 2 children, busy job and studying and really struggling because this pain is so awful. Constantly nauseous, get bloated. Dull pain and pressure in recriminations when I got the the loo. Sometimes burning when I pass urine. Sometimes ovulation type mucus when I pass urine and also sometimes mucus in stool. Sometimes I have episodes where I have pressure and can't actually use the loo (no.2).

This is having a major impact on my life :(
