Hello,

I am looking for some advice. I have been struggling with severe abdominal pains/inflammation, blood in stool, mucus and extremely tired since April.

I was admitted to hospital with suspected diverticulitis and they found extreme thickening of the intestine. 

After 4 different antibiotics nothing has worked. 

After another hospital trip the doc has put me on a 2 week wait for a colonoscopy.

This happened over the weekend. I am just wondering when I will receive the letter? And just wondering how much warning you're given ie will I have at least a day to prepare? 

I'm 36 and struggling. I'm so tired I can hardly stay awake. I'm also extremely worried.
