Urgent gynae appt advice needed

I have been given an urgent appt to see the gynae specialist following discovering 2 small lumps one on my labia the other on my clioris and also being itchy in that area too. I was surprised how quickly it all happened. Saw my GP on Friday got a phone call from the hospital on Monday to come in the following Tuesday. What l want to know is what should l expect at that first visit, what will happen? Can anyone with experience of this enlighten me please. Getting a bit worked up now because l don't know what is going to happen. Thanks

    I can't offer you any reassurance or advice or information but I wanted you to know you're not alone - I have an urgent appointment with gynae oncology on Monday. Also getting worked up and not sure what to expect.

    I had breast cancer treatment last year and am now on Tamoxifen which puts me at increased risk of some gynae cancers. I am s*** scared.

    Thanks for replying, l will keep you in my thoughts on Monday and hope it all goes well for you. I don't know if you find the same, but so hard not adding 2 plus 2 and getting 5 so to speak. I am trying to hold on to the fact that 9 out 10 urgent referrals end up being fine.  I hope that we are both one of the 9!
