Hey, looking for advice.

since June last year I have had these problems.

It started with a irregular period, was only 2 weeks and although I was never regular I was never over a week late, then since then I’ve had periods every 3 months(very light) although recently(a month and half ago) I got ill with flu like symptoms and it brought on a period(very heavy) however I’ve gone back to not having one this month. 
I get weird pains in the bottom of my stomach, not extreme just every night it’s shooting pains.
I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but I have constipation near on all the time.
Also,  I seem to be leaking discharge a lot and it’s very heavy and strong. I seem to also be getting pains under my rib, nothing extreme just feels heavy??
I know this isn’t a sexually transmitted disease as I’ve been tested and been with my partner for 3 years. We haven’t been on protection for 2 and I have not got pregnant. I have gone to the doctors who have informed me they will send me for a scan but it got delayed due to Corona Virus, I know you will not be able to give the exact diagnosis but anything would help, my mind goes in to overdrive thinking it’s very serious and I can not relax at all
