ovarian cancer symptoms..... or are they?

Hello all, Not sure how this works but here goes. I was just after some advice and a sounding board. A bot about me: I am 37 and history of ovarian cancer in the family - maternal aunt. She has recently passed away from the disease. My paternal side has prostate cancer. mums side has history of breast cancer. If that at all relevant apologise if not. so I started getting bloating around the time I had my copper coil put in - it was bad around the time of my periods but I out that down to the coil settling and my body adapting. No changes to period at all - all normal 28 day cycle. Then about 18 months ago I noticed that when I had intercourse with the husband I would have spotting - when I wiped myself I would see streaks of blood on the tissue - nothing major just enough to make me think 'oh that's odd'. This persisted for a couple of months as did the bloating so I went to the doctor and I told him of my symptoms also of my aunt having ovarian cancer. He told me quite blatantly that I was too young for ovarian cancer and the fact that I had a coil may be the contributing factor to the blood after sex. He sent me for a scan to see of the coil was in place - all came back fine. Fast forward to sept 2019 when the bloating was so bad that I looked 5 months pregnant and I was uncomfortable all the time - that feeling you want to pop the belly to let all the air out. I called the G and said I don't feel great, the spotting after sex was still present (albeit not so often) and history of aunts diagnosis. She sent me for a scan and ca125 blood test. The test results for the ca125 came back fine and results just showed that my folate was low. I wasn't able to make it for the scan as I had caught a bug off the children and wasn't able to make it. Also at this point I though well if the results have come back all clear why am I going to waste time and resources - all seems okay its prob just my body going crazy for some reason. Fast forward March 2020 - Id felt poorly - low in energy, sluggish, nauseas, a bit feverish - but COVID19 was here and just it down to being run down. a week later around 10pm I felt like cramps - I was due to start my period so thought it was just my body telling me its coming. But the pain got worse and worse - almost like labour pains. It was pain from my belly button to the mid of my thighs - it was a crampy sensation that would not let me sleep or get comfortable and the pain radiated all the way to my back. I endured this for 4 hours at which point I though I need painkillers - as I got up to get the painkillers I felt a gush of discharge - went tot he bathroom and my knickers were drenched in clear water like liquid - the pain subsided. I called the GP who sent me for a scan. In between that episode of oddness I have had extreme back ache, left flank pains, lower abdominal pain, funny discharge, nausea (I have thrown up), extreme bloating and I find eating quite difficult - I can get full on a couple of mouthfuls. Scan today - scan showed nothing. The scan lady said everything looked okay and healthy including my ovaries. The scan was just on top of my pelvis not transvaginal. So after my very long rant.... am I being dramatic? I feel something not right as something does not feel the same as it did 6 months ago - I certainly didn't have back pain then and sporadic lower abdo pains. But all the tests are coming back okay. I feel like a hypochondriac. Thank you for listening.
