Hi. Earlier this year I had painful breasts for about 8 weeks. Went to the GP had an exam and nothing there. It then completely went away for about 3 weeks. I then stopped my contraceptive injection about 4 weeks ago and 2 weeks later it came back. Totally manageable with a couple of paracetamol. I can go a few days with no discomfort. No lumps, no bumps, no discharge, puckering, dumpling etc.

Anyway I phoned my GP to ask about what I could do about things like evening primrose oil or similar and he has referred me to the breast clinic. Totally terrified now as I had not even considered anything sinister. Not sure what to do or how to cope. Anxiety is made worse by the fact I have to shield due to Covid 19 and don't want to go to the hospital.
