Labia lump & pain

I have been complaining of severe pain since October 2019. Im 44 with three kids & terrifed. Started as what felt to me like severe swelling of my left labia, went to Gp then reffered to Gyne had swabs, abdominal & transvaginal ultrasound and a sigmodiscopy. These tests were done between Novemeber to January and during that time my pain was getting worse, severe vulva, hip, groin & inner thigh pain which is 24/7. In December I had a pelvic MRI which showed a " incidential finding of Barthoilin Cyst" didnt get the results until febuary I was then seen by a NHS Gynecologists who said its not a bartholins cyst and referred me to the vulva clinic who told me that it is a bartholins Cyst but is so small its not the cause of my pain and discharged me. This was in March of this year.

I have been left with such confusion and worry to the point that it is affecting my mental well being.

I have since paid private and seen two gynecoligists who have both said its not a Barhloin Cyst. The lump I have is deep under the vulva tissue and is extremly painful all the time. I can even sit its so painful. During these last eight months I have had endless visits to A&E, Doctors appointments hospital apoointments and seen several Nurse's. Three weeks ago I tried explaining to my Gp my level of pain and told him I have seen two private Gynecologists and what they said and to be honest my Gp didnt really listen and tried to convince me to take Nerve Pain medication. I refused this medication as I dont believe its nerve pain as my white blood count is constantly high and I have a lump under my skin the size of a small marble. I feel as if my level of pain & worries are constantly being dismissed. I have now taken matters into my own hands & have arranged a Private Pelvic MRI and hoping for a accuate diagnosis.

Its important when you know something is wrong to be your own advocate.
