Hi there 

I am 32 yo. I had a Letz treatment 2 years ago for abnormal cells in the cervix, and a Cone Biopsy treatment last year (under GA) following a return of the moderately changed cells. In my follow up in Feb I was told the abnormal cells have returned again and that HPV has remained, despite my cone biopsy last year. Since this call, my next appointment has been postponed until August, I suspect due to Covid restrictions meaning they will only see emergency cases. I am left feeling quite anxious about why the cells have returned for a 3rd time in 3 years and does this mean I have a higher chance of developing cervical cancer? Will a third treatment affect my ability to carry a child? After a cone biopsy what is the next stage of treatment? 

Any advice would be so appreciated. thank you x
