Hi everyone,

For the past month or so I've felt a small hard bump inside my anus when showering. Today I was having a good clean in the shower and picked it off with my nail. What came out was a dried blood scab, a hard cyst like ball and hard white pus which broke up when I inspected it.

Do you think this is cause for concern? My bowel movements are pretty poor despite a good diet and healthy lifestyle.
