CA125 is 135 but no symptoms

Hello!
I thought maybe I could get an advice, I am 42, no children, no operations or conditions before, hormones are fine, I saw a gynecologyst in March about an asymptomatic 5cm endometrioma I have in my left ovary, had an MRI that came with a result "a possible benign endometrioma", mentioning nothing about it being malicious, but my CA125 was 135 in April and same level last week, I am still very concerned, but I don't have any symptoms at all and my period is always on time, no pain, no bloating. Just wondering if MRI results are more important than CA125 in this case?

  • Hello,

I know this post is a few months old but I was wondering whether you had had any answers. I have an history of endometrioma and I just received news that my CA125 had increased to 130 (which is significantly higher than what it was before). I'm having a scan tomorrow but am really worried. Thank you
