There are a few posts on here from people going through or have been through the same worry about a nail. If you search the forum (the spyglass icon above) for subungal you will find them.
Just to try and ease your worries a little, subungal melanoma isn't common - it only accounts for 1% of melanoma cases. Also take into account that 75% of people referred to a dermatologist are given a clean bill of health, so the odds of your biopsy being positive for melanoma is very small.
