Hi I am 23 and about 6 weeks ago I noticed a lump in my left breast, I spoke to the doctor over the phone but he advised me to call back 2 weeks after my cycle had finished. (When I found the lump It was during my cycle). 
2 days later I found another lump not as big but in exactly the same place on my other breast (right side). About a week and half ago I started getting a dull ache in my left arm, shoulder and chest area (it comes and goes). So I decided to call again today, the doctor seen me today and said she can feel the lump in my left breast it is around 2-3cm, the sides are ridged, it is firm and she's able to move it, she also found a lump in my right breast and said that this one was pea size, soft and round and felt like it was deeper but she could also move that around.  She has referred me to the breast clinic and said I should hear in two weeks. 
I am so scared I know there's others things that it could be, but I'm worrying like crazy. 
I'm just looking for a little advice really.
