Hi,

A few weeks ago I found a hard lump in my upper, outer left breast, at the bottom of my armpit. The lump is painless to touch and movable I think, it's difficult to tell. It aches but then I ache in general, like currently my legs are aching whilst sat on the sofa.

The lump is in the same area that I have previously had 2 fibroadenomas removed (10 and 12 years ago). Previously lumps felt softer from what I can remember but it was so long ago, I can't be sure. 

I visited my GP on Thursday and have been referred to the breast clinic. Appointment is a week tomorrow. I just can't seem to feel settled about it. I'm overthinking and feeling very anxious. 

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar lump? And if so, what their experience was? 

Any advice would be great. I'm going out of my mind a little bit! X
