Bloody discharge between periods

Hi everyone,

I'm having a bit of a worry: normally between periods I have no pink discharge or anything. I have no pain during sex (sorry TMI) or no bleeding.

I had my smear test result end of March 2020: I have HPV with borderline changes. My period was end of April.

Now I'm having more pain than normal (I normally get more ovulation pain than actual period pain) and my discharge is like water and it's pink.

Ive read that pink discharge between periods can be a sign of cervical cancer. After my smear results, having this is a huge worry. Any help would be much appreciated!!! I'm still waiting for a colposcopy as well.
