I'm 32 with no family history of breast cancer but feeling a little anxious about my breasts currently. 
 

I've always had quite inverted nipples but lately they have became very erect to the point it's a bit painful and incredibly itchy at times. When this happens nothing I can do makes them calm down. Because of this I've noticed a rash/scab on my right breast on the Areola. 
 

I know inverted nipples are usually a sign and I'm worrying that because mine are always that way they've gone the opposite ? Also the rash is a little concerning. This is all happening to both breasts though particularly worse on the right. Seem to be larger too but that could be because I've put on a bit of weight. 
 

Am I just overthinking here or should I call the GP? Thanks in advance for any advice x
