A big welcome to our forum!  I think it would not do any harm to give your doctor a call and mention that you recently started getting this feeling of itchiness inside your cervix and vagina. Your doctor will be in the best position to advise you on this and tell you whether this is part of the healing process after your Lletz treatment or whether this is something different and there is anything they can prescribe to alleviate this itchiness. 

I hope you feel more comfortable soon as this must be rather unpleasant for you.
