i get bad stomach pains all the time, and it mostly comes with my stomach growling like i’m hungry then i eat and a couple of hours later its back at it gurgling a lot, and it hurts should i ben concerned?
What medication are you taking ? This may have something to do with them or if you are taking large amounts of over the counter vitamins and minerals sometimes this can affect you . You can always check with your pharmacist or GP . Best to always get professional advice.
