Hi,

I am 20 years old and have always had really heavy and painful periods. I'm on the implant so I usually get a period every 2.5 months and they last 7/8 days and are usually heavy  and painful (so painful I get weakness in my legs, I'm fatigued and I get a sharp constant pain in my right lower abdomin but only ever the right side). I was late for my period this time (I track it on my Fitbit) around 10 days late and then my period lasted for 15 days and it didn't seem normal, I wasn't heavy as I usually am at the start, it started getting heavy around the 8th day though until the day it ended. I thought this was a bit bizarre because I usually have a lot of blood clots too but didn't have many despite the heavy bleeding. What I'm worried about is I have just wiped now (a week since I came off) and it was clear and had bright red blood streaks in, I also have the pain in my lower ride side I usually get just before and during my period but it can't be! Any help would be appreciated as I'm quite worried. Thank you
