It sounds like you really need to see a doctor for your symptoms rather than have a smear test, which is all about screening and prevention rather than investigation of symptoms. It might be difficult to get an appointment, but doctors should still be investigating patients who have symptoms, especially since you are in so much pain. The doctor can decide whether you need a referral to a gynaecologist. If you’re on antibiotics, I presume you have seen a doctor already? If I were you I would go back and explain that your symptoms are not improving and he/she can refer you if necessary. Don’t be fobbed off, as this really needs investigation. Hope you get some answers soon. x

Thank you it's just in my every thought I try and take my mind off it but can't, It's awful my blood results came back as low white blood cells I have no idea what that means but it's difficult with everything going on with the covid I'm scared nothing will be done. Thanks this has given me comfort just speaking out I appreciate your reply. X
