It must be worrying when you have a family history of breast cancer, hope your mum is doing well. Breast pain is rarely a sign of breast cancer and never heard of a connection between numbness from elbow down and breast cancer - sounds more like carpal tunnel syndrome. I trust the GPs examined your breasts when you when to see them but perhaps once its safer to visit the GP you could ask for a full examination if only to put your mind at rest. Take care
