I can't give you medical advice but I can tell you from experience that all the things you mention can be caused by stress and worry.  Our bodies react to stress with aches, pains and gurgles. I don't know about the black spot in your mouth - go get it checked out and you'll feel much better for doing so. If it is something, you can get it taken care of, if not, you can breathe a sigh of relief. Same advice on the other symptoms, talk to your doctor. It might be hard to get the courage to do it, but it is very much worth the peace of mind.
