I had the exact same thing on the 27th April, I had 3 samples taken and waiting for results, worried and anxious

In February this year my smear test results were high risk HPV and abnormal cells. I'm also 27. Like you, I had biopsy's taken and the results came back in 10 days showing CIN1, so I'm back to have smear tests every year, no further treatment needed as things should go back to normal on their own. 

Please try not to panic and make yourself unwell with worry. I'm not a doctor, but abnormal cells can take many years, even decades, to become cervical cancer. I know many other women who have have had abnormal cells and they have been successfully treated. It's just a bump in the road! The good thing is that you have gone for your smear test, this can get sorted and get you feeling better soon! 

Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust is a really good website with many other women you can chat to going through the same thing as you, I would definitely recommend, it made me feel much better.
