Testicular Lump

I have a lump at the top of my left testicle but I don't know if I should worry since it doesn't hurt. I'm 14 and I don't know if I should get a check-up. Its hard and smaller than a pea so should I worry? I've looked all over the internet but I couldn't find anything about what it could be.

    I think it would be a good idea to talk to a parent about this testicle lump. It might be worth getting an adult to give your doctor a ring and talking to your GP about it. Try not to look anything up on the internet as this will only make you worry more and Dr Google is known not to be very reliable. Your doctor will be in the best position to tell you exactly what it is.
