I'm worried about ovarian cancer. I'm 32 no kids.

I had an ovarian cyst 8 weeks ago that ruptured it was just under 4cm. I was in so much pain. In the last week I've experienced the same symptoms again. So I'm worried the cyst is still there and possibly ruptured again. 

I have a scan on Thursday as a follow up but I'm dreading it and what they might say. Has anyone else experienced similar?
