I am 18 years old and recently I have been feeling pressure around my lower area and some slight pains similar to menstrual cramps but more dull. I was getting concerned as it was coming from inside my vagina but I had already had my period. I checked and found quite a large lump at the entrance almost blocking any entry. It is hard-ish and painless but when pressed the pressure I feel spread to all of my lower region. It is quite worrying I know I am young but I didn't know where else to ask. I have been experiencing a lot more discharge than normal too.
