im just wondering if anyone had any similar situation ? I have had regular smears for last 10 years and got the vaccine as well . Had a public smear done in October nd was told was normal then went for a private smear just to double check . I have no symptoms etc and was told I was hpv positive and had atypical squamous cells on smear had a conservative lletz done 4 weeks later . Just got my 3 follow up smear  back and hpv positive still with another abnormal smear . My lletz biopsy seemed to showed high frame dysplasia and  it Was at the level of the  endothelial glands . Just wondering has anyone been in a similar situation . I would like another baby have a 9 month old but my gynae said I have a very thin cervix and another lletz is not an option if I want another child !  I am be in sent for another opinion but I'm concerned re progression and what my options are long term all advice appreciated x
