Hello,

I'm 23 ive had one large lump in the centre of my neck for a month now and one smaller one below it.  They don't show signs of going away and I have a weird irritable feeling in my throat with them.They are painless and are rock solid and don't move although at the moment I can breath and swallow fine. The right swollen lymph node is also painless and feels squishy also not decreasing in size.

im experiencing many symptoms like  exhaustion, pale skin, Petechiae spreading all over my body, bone aches and pains (these are random and can be long lasting I take pain killers and paracetamol also these get worse at night specially in right shoulder down to arm,swelling specially in neck,chest,breasts and underarms,Abdomen.

Chest pains - one night I went to  A and E because I thought I was having heart atttack (it wasn't), sweating more than usual at night and random flushes. I get out of breath fast. I can't lie down flat because it's uncomfortable and some nights I feel my heart is going to come through my chest. A year ago I had severe itchy legs which would get worse at night and I am prone to getting infections also I kept going to my GP with breathing problems thinking it was asthma but I had tests and it wasn't. I had 2 infections last Christmas which I couldn't shake of needed two lots of antibiotics.

i have an Iron deficiency and after a few blood tests recently I now have a Vit D deficiency to. My parathyroid hormone is high and my thyroid test come back fine. I've just had an ultrasound on my neck and awaiting results although the doctor said it's not my thyroid, my thyroid is fine.

Im very worried and keen to get answers but ino the NHS is under a lot of strain at the moment with the current crisis 

Anyone had experiences like this?

Any Advice or what could this indicate to be? I'm worried it may be Lymphoma or a type of blood cancer????

What will the process be to finding out what's wrong?
