Bleeding after Bowel Movement

Hi, I have been having the same problem as others have on this site, vaginal bleeding after a bowel movement.  I have contacted my doctor who got me to go the same day for a Smear Test.  I am waiting the results but just wondered how some of the other

people that have posted on this topic have got on with testing and hospital appointments.
