Covid-19 preventing me from having urgent operation

Hi

I've recently had a MRI scan and it revealed that I have 2 masses on my Fallopian tube, I have been told that I need to have a urgent operation for a full hysterectomy, then they are going to do biopsy to see if malignant. Because of the current situation with Covid all operations are currently cancelled, I'm finding it very difficult to control my anxiety levels at mo, this is bad enough to deal with without the Covid situation. I just don't know how I'm going to get through this I'm going out of my mind with worry.

  • We just found out my mum has lung cancer , we do have to wait for more tests yet to tell the stage ect but they have said they cant remove it because there is no intensive care beds for her due to corona it's such a sad scary time but I feel she is being robbed of standing a fighting chance because of Corona :( xxx

  • Hi I'm really sorry to hear that, it's a difficult time at the moment with this Covid, let's hope that people listen and stay home and keep 2meters distance away from everyone, so this pandemic can be over ASAP, so we can have a fighting chance of beating cancer. Stay safe, stay positive xx
