Hi can anybody help me understand what's going on I'm 15 over the last 2-3 days I have had pain in my testicles but I have no lump and there is no swelling it will come and go through out the day but today it's been worse then the other days and I'm not sure if it's just like growing pains I have had no trauma to the area recently and I'm kinda worried can anyone help ?
