Lumps on tonsils

I have 3 lumps on my right tonsil. At the start of January I fell really poorly a bad case flu they said along with tonsillitis and was prescribed antibiotics for this. Last night I saw these lumps on my right tonsil. And just wondering what people's views are if anyone has had anything like it at all? 
i don't know how my tonsils looked in January as I never looked so for all I know they have always been there!

since January I've had shortness of breath. My ecg does show I have st depression and t wave inversion. 
also back in nov 2018 I had hpv shown in my smear. And this is what's worrying me to think I could have tonsil cancer. 
mom due to have a mri on my heart and I rang the doctor today about my tonsils but obviously with the corona virus current situation I can't be seen. Could anyone help or share views please.

    Hi, I had a bad flu in late December and not long after then I have had a swollen lymph node under my right jaw and a swollen tonsil with 3 small white lumps it is not puss it is a kind of small growth.does that sound similar to you? I had been due a scan after seeing ENT that said it was likely a reactive node I also have a red lump on my uvula and have had 2 different courses of antibiotic but no joy clearing any of it up. When I chawed my scan via the GP they did say that ENT see cancer in the mouth and neck all day long and would recognise it by looking and instinct at most cases and as he was not excited (poor choice of words) I should be very reassured by that... hope your feeling better

    anyone at the moment I sent her photos on email and she seemed to think it was a persistent tonsillitis but I'm not sold on that it's been months

    These are my lumps if you press read more it enlarges the photo! Yes I've been really breathless since I fell poorly too! Like I said I never looked in my mouth in January so I'm not sure if they've been there ever since then! I was the same, I had swollen lymph nodes too, I don't think I have now well I don't think I can feel them, do yours look mine? Honestly I can't find anything on the internet that looks like them! I've been gargling with salt water mouth wash etc!

    Hi it's hard to tell as I am looking in a mirror with my phone as a light but I would say quite similar, yes. I have struggled to find anything similar online and all I end up coming across is tonsil stones, do you have any other symptoms like a swollen tonsil, lump in the next, sore throat etc? I am allergic to penacilin so have tried 2 different sets of antibiotic. I am having a call from the hospital Friday (in place of my scan) not sure how the 2 compare as I have seen the ENT at hospital and was sent for a scan
