I had a video call with the doctor this evening and he could see the swelling. Hes put through an urgent ultrasound scan, but has says he has no idea how long it will take. Considering the current events I'm not surprised. 

Colposcopy next Friday. I'm sure it will be fine had CIN3 cells previously removed last year January so possibly missed a few on the Lletz.  All systems go over here.

Have you received your results for your biopsy? I really hope it comes back clear for you.

Hi Glad you had a video call with the doctor this evening and he could see the swelling. It's good he has put through an urgent ultrasound scan, sorry to hear he couldn't give you timescale, I can't get a timescale for biopsy results either, but at least he has put it through as urgent.

Please don't let this frighten you, I had to have a hysteroscopy last year and there was no cancer, the results took two weeks, but gynae said at scan he didnt think there was cancer but did scope as he did not want to guess.

I'm glad you are optimistic about the colposcopy, let us know how it, and the ultrasound go when it comes through.

Thanks for well wishes re biopsy, it was only done yesterday, I rang the nurses here and they explained that probably due to corona, that is why the surgeon could not give me a timescale for results.

The only other symptom I really have is tiredness but it could be with everything going on I'm just drained :). Let's keep eachother updated.
