Worried about possible lymphoma or throat cancer

Hi friends. I really hope this message finds you all well. Particularly amidst these uncertain times. I am worrying a little as I have had a persistent sore throat for about 4 weeks now. With a swollen lymph node that doesn't hurt or ache but it does move around a lot. I also feel tired quite often but I wouldn't say it was fatigue in its entirety. My throat feels extremely tight like someone's sitting on it. Not much difficulty swollawing but it does feel like there's something lodged in it. Also blocked ears and sometimes one nasal is blocked. 
I don't really know what to expect from posting in here. I guess I just want to share. I'm going to talk to my doctor tomorrow however given the current state of our world I don't want to waste our incriedble doctors and nurses time :/

    Have the same symptoms of sore throat for 4 weeks and feeling of something stuck in throat. Gp says wait another 2 weeks then ring again, but I'm getting increasingly worried its throat cancer. Considering booking a private endoscopy as I'm sure the NHS are too busy

    Do you have a swollen lump love ? I mean it could also be very low symptoms of corona at this point. I mean with so much in the air it's really possible. Have you been ill in last couple of months ? I spoke to my friends dad whose a doctor - I was super ill a  couple months ago. He believes I possibly had glandular fever and now I'm recovering from it but it takes time. I also quit smoking which ironically can exasperate your throat. (Not tobacco just weed lol). I hope your ok. I mean let's not worry until there's something to worry about ey. How painful is your throat? Cos mine is more the tightness feeling that is just really odd sensation - along with the swelling . I'm going to speak to my doctor tomorrow. But if your worried I'd really really push for them to see you. It's ridiculous really sadly the truth is more people pass away a year of cancer then corona. I understand however they are so busy right now. Going private shouldn't be too much if you can spare a couple hundred pound. You'll be able to claim 70% of that back in taxes as well x

    Just feels raw inside and as I say the feeling of something stuck in my throat when I swallow. No lumps and havent been ill recently. Tend to overthink things at the moment with being on my own. Will give it this week and get back in touch with gp. Hope you get sorted too. Scary times. X

    Hello was just wondering if I could get some help and reassurance I've noticed my left tonsil is fairly swollen compared to the right one it's also red.

    im not having trouble swollening but it's starting to feel like the top off my neck is pressured and my ear is slowly feeling like it's blocking up ? Really nervous as all I see is cancer this and cancer that can someone give me some advise or if they've been thru something similar x

    Hi did you get any results from seeing your doctor how are you now I'm going thought the same sort of thing at the moment
