Bless ya, looking back on my breast cancer journey , that two week wait is the worst ... it's really scary .. and loads of things creep in our heads ..but sadly there's no quick way round it ... but try to remember 8.5 out of ten lumps are benign... so try to keep that in mind .. 

Some times there's a one stop shop ... so to speak where they do mamorgram / scans and biopsy all on the same day .. which is what I had .. and got a rough idea it was cancer, but then appointment with oncologist to confirm, I had a grade 3 ...  but over the years I'd had 4 other breast call backs that were benign... 

Try and keep as busy as poss, though in these times of lock down, that's nearly impossible... but no amount of worry will change the outcome .. but it is o.k to have those feelings, think we all did .. I had my total right masectomy in July 2017 ... and looking back, the op was the most doable ... and not half as painful as I thought ..  and there's lots of us breast lasses on here... so you will have a hand to hold if needed .. but there's so many of these tests being put back because of carona virus... so think your really lucky to still get the two week refural... fingers crossed for a good result...
