Hi, worried sick about my throat had a sore throat when swallowing on left hand side for months now, and when I lie down going to sleep I start to cough. Also have a tingling in my ear that makes it itchy, now we have all had colds in the house so not sure if connected. I have seen doctor and he said possibly reflux or globus???

I do suffer with anxiety and take medication for this.
