DCIS in the other breast

I had DCIS in my right breast which had just become invasive 14 years ago.I had a mastectomy and Tamoxifen.I had the left breast uplifted to be more in line with the renconstructed right one. The left one has always been very sensitive and a bit painful to touch but I have had clear mammograms ever since.                                                                                                              Over the last few weeks I have noticed it has become more painful and sensitive. WEnt to my GP who has fast tracked me to the breast unit next week.                                                                                                                                                       My question is has anybobdy had it return 14 + years from original diagnosis.Could it be something else.? My head is all over the place and is not helped by the Corona virus pandemic.
