i am so sorry to hear about the cancer. That is rough. I had complex hyperplasia diagnosed after hysteroscopy to investigate the post-menopausal bleeding and the protocol I was on dictated 6-month biopsies alongside progesterone treatment. I didn't get as far as a first follow-up biopsy being clear before I had a hysterectomy. I think you are saying that you had hyperplasia and then a clear biopsy further down the line and you were discharged. Is that right? I think i read somewhere that that would be where the protocol i was on would go but no-one actually said that to me at the time. I did read up on the risk of progression. For my kind of hyperplasia it was low so I was expecting a discharge at some point in the future. Does that answer your question?
I hope the postop recovery is going well and I hope the radiotherapy date comes through really quickly.
