HPV positive awaiting biopsy results

Hi.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a positive hpv result and cervical ectropion? My doctor referred me for a colposcopy due to possible ectropion cervix they took a biopsy but my smear test results have come back positive for HPV. Now I'm worrying that the cervical ectropion is something more.
