Hi, I had some stomach pains lower abdomen right side around the appendix area, the pain being going for 2 months with constipation, i started taking some medicine like fibrogel and movicol to make me go better at toilet, which helped, but then some cramping happened and I went to doctor and he made a scan ultrasound. At first when he called me when he said I had a mass I went in shock I don't remember where he said I had and it I don't remember if he said it was 6cm big or 6mm all I know they said it was a small lump found. The thing is that I don't see any blood in my stools I have done FIT test still waiting for 2 weeks for my result. The moment I found out I started freaking out my life like isn't good now, Idk if it's anxiety, before  even with constipation and pain it was all manageable I could go to the gym. but after I found out about lump like I became extra tired and sad and every other pain what I get makes me think the cancer is spreading. like now I get  chest pain and I m worried about it too and my life pretty much sucks now.

I'm waiting for a referral to a surgeon that's what my doctor said so I have no idea what will go on..
