So scared went for my 3 yearly smear test last week which I admit was six months overdue, the nurse said that their was a lot of blood in my cervix so she fetched the Dr to look leaving me terrified, the dr said that my cervix was inflamed and could be cervicitis and a few other things so she has referred me for a colosscopy, I am so stressed can’t sleep or eat terrified it’s cancer, I have always bled slightly during smears and they have always come back as normal I also have no symptoms of cervical cancer no bleeding, discharge etc this has all come as a bit of a shock, sorry to ramble on but I feel like I’m going mad!
