Hello, First time ever using a forum so please forgive me any errors.

I have been experiencing health problems such as upper stomach pains, shoulder aches, acid reflux, fatiuge, neusia, loss of appertite and general aches....i put it down to old age. But for my job as i do often was speaking to a GP who told me to go and speak to my own GP. So cut a long story short (too late!) i did. After a ultrasound my GP told me i have 'lots and lots' of polyps on my gallbladder some 'well over 10mm'. I have been refered to a upper gastrointestinal surgery person, this tuesday.

Anyone else been in similar position? I just would like some insight, or advice on what to expect and possible outcomes.

Sorry if im in the wrong place to ask this, i know its a forum for people with very serious problems i feel a bit of a fraud, i just thought i was getting old at nearly 40 didnt think i could actually be ill.
