Hi there I had the same thing, I'm 29 and I had a scan and was called hours later to tell me I have a 5.8cm complex cyst with solid compartments on my left ovary. I was refered to a gynaecologist consultant within a week and have had a second scan a week ago today! I am still waiting for results from that "second opinion" scan which all seems to have slowed down I feel like I've been forgotten about and I'm panicking!! I demanded a Ca-125 blood test which was normal though thank goodness could you also say you would like to have that to rule anything out ? I literally demanded it and said I am going out of my mind. It's all really scary and as I said I'm still waiting it was all going so quickly and now ground to a hault I don't want to slip through this giant corona virus net because I feel nobody is on my case now :( xx 

See they didn't give me general bloods so I wouldn't know but I had the ca-125 on a Friday and had the all clear by Monday so or Tuesday not long Atall. I'm so worried the waiting is just awful they said it could be a "heamorhagic cyst" which is a cyst that bleeds into a cyst or something I don't really understand but they said it could be hard or dried old blood and tissue inside a fluid filled cyst. Easier said than done but try not to worry until you have answers because it only makes you ill. I can't talk because all I've done is worry but it's not going to change my results so I. Practising positivity and power right now ! And a lot of praying ! Xx good luck keep me posted my next stop is an mri they said if they still can't diagnose what cyst I have from the second ultrasound. 

They told me the reason they need to act on these things fast is because if it's not just a simple fluid filled cyst they absolutely have to send you for further imaging and testing to be on the safe side. So take it as a good sign that we are being so well looked after and they are "on it". I'm just slightly worried I've been forgotten about now though as a weeks a long time for urgent results from a scan I've been chasing and no report has been done yet! X 

That sounds the kind of cyst she was explaining to me. I'm post menopausal so think that is an issue. Av you had any symptoms if so what? It's so worrying. Will you keep me posted on how you get on. Good luck with everything x

If it is that kind of cyst then it's nothing to worry about so I'm hoping it is !!! I'm praying it's just dried blood or other tissues making up the solid compartment. Yes symptoms have been back ache, pain during sex, severely heavy bleeding during period and peeing more ! So yes lots of symptoms which worries me but my consultant said these can also just be symptoms of large cysts so he said don't get too worried about the symptoms. Good luck thinking of you and I know how stressful this is x my 2 young babies are my life and I'm so worried but positive thoughts bring positive results so! X
