Thank you for posting.  I can appreciate that it must be worrying about your symptoms. Unfortunately, we cannot help you get a diagnosis.  Only a doctor can diagnose you. If you haven't already, I'd suggest you go back to your doctor to tell them your symptoms are persisting.

Could you at least tell me how serious the symptoms are and if it can be something bad.

There could a number of reasons for your symptoms and not neccesarily cancer, but you won't able to find out more until you speak to your doctor. If you're a student and there is a nurse at your school or college, you can also speak to them.
