Smear results will be back at same time as my wedding

Hi, 

I have had my smear about 4 weeks ago, received a letter yesterday 11-03-20 with an appointment date of the 12-03-20, I've gone in and been advised I have severe abnormal cells had had them removed for testing, I've been advised my results will be back in 4 - 6 weeks however I get married 4 weeks today. 
the nurse gave me her card and told me to call her in 4 weeks and see if they have my results. 
It has really frightened me and I am now thinking all sorts can any advise should I call for early results and find out or enjoy my wedding and find out after and has anyone  been diagnosed off the back of severe cells

    Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I'm sure that it's a busy time for you at the moment making plans for the big day. 

    It's understandable that you're feeling a bit concerned about your results. I think it's quite a personal decision about when you want to ring for the results but maybe jotting down a quick list of pros and cons will help you decide.
